FAQs

1. What is not included with this bike fit? We love this tool—but it wont replace a bike fit performed by a seasoned bike fitter. Here’s what to keep in mind: 🔎 Side View Only – No analysis of knee tracking or foot/cleat alignment from front/rear view. 🧭 No Cleat Fit Guidance – SPD/Look setup not part of the analysis. 🛠️ Depending on your bike, there's some modifications that might require additional parts or might not be able to be performed.

3. What’s included in the $200 fit? Full mobility and posture assessment / Dynamic video analysis using MyVeloFit, Fit recommendations (saddle height, setback, reach, bar height) and adjustments / Goal-based tuning (comfort, endurance, or performance) / One-on-one follow-up consultation with our team

5. What are the limitations of this fit? While extremely powerful, MyVeloFit focuses only on side-view biomechanics. It doesn’t assess: Cleat positioning Knee tracking or alignment from the front/rear Rider symmetry or asymmetrical issues

7. How many bikes can I fit with one session? Each fit session is valid for one bike. If you'd like to fit multiple bikes (e.g., road + TT), simply book an additional session or ask us about bundle pricing.

2. What do I need for this bike fit? You need to bring the bike to the shop, with your riding shoes and preferably with the riding kit of your preference

4. What kind of results can I expect? Most riders experience improved comfort, reduced pain or numbness, and increased power transfer or efficiency. We often see changes in saddle height, reach, or cockpit angle that immediately improve performance and ride feel.

6. Is this fit right for beginners? Yes, we generally recommend the in-store fit for riders new to cycling who may be unsure about setup or bike handling. The AI fit is fantastic for intermediate and experienced riders looking to dial in their performance and comfort.

8. Where do the recommendations come from? MyVeloFit uses the data from riders all over the world to analyse and understand the best outcome, based in several studies of biomechanics, cycling literature, and the expertise of professional bike fitters. The algorithm tailors these insights to your unique body composition, mobility, training goals, and any existing pains or injuries, ensuring that your bike fit is customized to maximize your comfort and performance on every ride.
