Your body stretched forward, your gaze locked onto the horizon level with the handlebar aero extensions. Your legs driving you forward. Man and bicycle: the symbiosis of dynamism. As the speed soars, the aerodynamic flow gradually becomes heavier. The Turbine SLR captures the cyclist’s kinetic energy and transforms it into mechanical energy.
The middle and rear sections of the frame have sleeker silhouettes than the previous generation of the product. The result? The frame is lighter by a generous 300 g. And less weight means better acceleration with every attack.

The Turbine SLR is the result of constant collaboration between our Innovation Lab and the best time trial specialists, who increasingly face demanding time trial routes packed with bends, changes in direction, and climbs. In these conditions, weight and aerodynamics can make a significant difference.
Compliant with UCI standards
As of 1 January 2023, the highest governing body of cycling introduced a register that defines the riding parameters based on each cyclist's height (categories 1, 2, and 3). Turbine SLR is in a position to satisfy the needs of all athletes, including those who are taller than 190 cm.
Maximum adaptability
The handlebar base bar and the carbon fibre aero extensions have been completely restyled. The cable routing is fully integrated and every single component implements a monocoque construction with no joints or bonding. The 380 mm centre-centre handlebar bar accommodates two extensions which can be positioned at different widths, based on the cyclist's needs. Each extension in turn can be adjusted from 0 to 75 mm in height thanks to the 40, 20, 10 and 5 mm shim pack.
We have confirmed the three frame sizes from the previous product generation: XS/S, M, and L/XL. Thanks to the feedback from our professional athletes, the Turbine SLR retains the geometries of the Wilier Turbine. When a machine is close to perfection, why change it?
